Ideal for those with jaw tension causing clenching or TMJD. This is not a skin treatment facial. Starting off with breath work to give your nervous system a chance to downshift followed by a facial cleanse to warm up muscles and losen myofascial tension with a neck and shoulder massage and stretch. Move into intra-oral massage to release jaw tension then honey tap for lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling and improve circulation. Includes botanical skincare cleanser, honey enzyme mask and serums.
